“无所事事”的几个人，聊起关于自我、爱与生活的关系。疑问在充满了欲望、现实、怀疑，及不信任的成人世界里，是否能够有返璞归真，及洁净感的生活方式存在。

Several people who “do nothing” begin to talk about the relationship among self, love and life. There is some doubt whether there is a return to a true life and a simple lifestyle where there are full of desire, reality, suspicion, and distrust in a world of adults. 

从一开始，就不愿把它当作一间普通意义上，售卖书籍、咖啡或调酒的，有迹可循的“商铺”。小尺度建筑并配合户外关系就像一个独立的岛屿，建筑关系配合室内做了调整。外立面不常规的放弃logo放置，而用每一个句子表达空间定位及设计的态度。

From the beginning, I didn't want to regard it as a traceable "shop" which sells books, coffee or bartenders simply. Because of the small-scale buildings and the outdoor scenery, it looks like an independent island, where the architectural relationship is adjusted with the interior. The façade abandon the logo placement unconventionally, instead it uses each sentence to express the attitude of spatial positioning and design.

各种设想被不同城市赋予新的灵感，透过造型还原视觉感受的瞬间。顶面有序层叠、古典且质感斑驳的圆柱、立面曲线的切割、碎石手工贴合的吧台表面…… 空间局部的错台、弧线阶梯、室内外统一的水平线，用能与真实世界发生关联的方式，放进这座叫欢喜的岛屿之上。利用空间尺度独立出二层儿童阅读区。没有局限的空间关系，可作为展览空间，让艺术与生活、空间有机联系。

A new inspiration is given to various ideas by different cities, which uses the modeling to restore the moment of visual experience. The top surface is layered, where there are the classical and textured mottled cylinder, the cutting of the curved surface, the surface of the bar that is hand-fitted by the gravel...The staggered spaces, the arc step, the horizontal line of indoor and outdoor are put into this so-called “happy island” in the way that the real world can be connected. It separates a two-layer children's reading area using the spatial scale. There is no limited spatial relationship, which can be used as an exhibition space to connect art with life and space.

每个人的内心都有一座只与自我关联的岛屿。业主说“为什么一个看书的地方不能喝酒？为什么一个把咖啡做很好的地方，不适合开派对？最大的束缚从来都是人心。”

Everyone has an inner island that is only self-associated. The owner said, "Why can't drink in a place for reading? Why isn’t it a good place for a party where good coffee is made? The biggest bondage is always the heart."

对于空间的营造更希望像一个通道，让人们触碰到真实而深入的生活，有些许仪式感却不做作的生活，不光存在于物质的光怪陆离，但它始终充满奇思幻想。

For the creation of space, it is more like a passage, letting people touch the real and deep life, which is a little ritual but not artificial and not only exits in the strangeness of matter. However, it is always full of odd fantasy.
